Some Clients want to schedule service on a regular schedule. They may want their lobby floors cleaned every every Wednesday afternoon at 3pm. Or want their ten pool tables checked for levelness and cloth repairs on the 12 day of every month, every month. Or want their fire alarms and sprinklers inspected for code compliance every 6 months. Maybe local ordinaces require that elvetaors be cerfied onve a year. We call that “MULTI-JOBS.”
After you have saved a New Job or finished editing Job, look in the upper right corner and select the Multi-Jb button.
A dropdown will offer place where you can create 50 Jobs using only 5 data entry fields each. Remember to Save your new entires. They will be added to your Job List in chronogogical order.
